Celia Woods is President of Sterling Care Psychiatric Group. She is a board certified psychiatrist and Suboxone certified physician with over 20 years of experience. She has been a long-standing advocate for whole-person care in treating serious mental health issues in adults and children.

Albert Chen is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Chen is experienced with a wide range of diagnoses, including ADHD, ODD, ASD, DMDD, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, OCD, sleep-wake disorders, gender dysphoria, and substance-related disorders.

Shannon Enochs is a doctor of nursing practice and a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Dr. Enochs' specialities include outpatient mental health, adverse childhood experiences, PTSD, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She is also sensitive to the unique mental health needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, military families, and veterans.

Adelina Lopez is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family medicine nurse practitioner. Dr. Lopez has experience working with clients across the life span in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, county behavioral health clinics, and medication assisted therapy in addiction clinics.
